Most first visits take about 60–75 minutes depending on what you need, imaging, and gum evaluation.
2) What happens at my first appointment?
We’ll review your goals and health history, take any needed imaging, evaluate your teeth and gums, and explain what we recommend—along with next steps.
3) Will I get a cleaning at my first visit?
Often, yes—when appropriate and scheduling allows. If gum therapy is recommended first, we’ll explain why and outline the right next step.
4) Do you see kids?
Yes—children age 3 and up.
5) I’m nervous or sensitive—can you help?
Yes. Tell us what you need. We’ll move at a comfortable pace, explain each step, and focus on comfort-first care.
6) When should I provide my insurance information?
As early as possible—ideally several business days before your visit—so we can attempt verification.
7) Do you see emergencies for new patients?
If you’re in pain or have swelling, call us. We’ll help you find the right appointment and guide you based on symptoms.
8) What if I need to reschedule?
No problem—please let us know as soon as possible (ideally 2 business days ahead) so we can offer your time to another patient.
9) What if you find something that needs treatment?
We’ll show you what we see, explain your options, and review estimated costs before scheduling treatment.
10) Do you have options if I don’t have insurance?
Yes. Ask about our Self-Care Savings Plan when you schedule.
