Secondary Coverage Policy
To keep billing accurate and avoid delays:
We keep and bill one dental PPO plan on file.
Exception: If your medical insurance includes dental coverage as the primary plan, we can also bill one dental PPO plan as secondary.
Medicaid Dental Plans
At this time, Celebrate Smile Dental does not participate in Ohio Medicaid dental plans. This includes common plans such as CareSource, Molina, Buckeye, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Paramount, and Anthem Medicaid.
