  • Lab fees and products are excluded from the discount.

  • Family/Business plans are for families of 2 people or more.

  • Family members must live in the same household as the contract holder (or attend college) and must be immediate family (parents/children).

  • Payment must be made at the time of service.

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

  • No refunds of premiums will be issued if the plan is not used.

  • If a monthly payment is missed, the plan will be considered terminated. To restart the plan, the renewal fee will apply.

  • After the first year, the plan renews automatically unless canceled in writing within 30 days of the current term expiration date.

  • While the Dental Savings Plan offers a discount of up to 15% on many dental procedures, cosmetic services, implants, CT scans, and other specialized treatments are excluded from the discount.

  • No! Once you sign up for the plan, you can begin using it immediately. There are no waiting periods or restrictions on services covered under the plan.

  • All of our plans include 2 emergency exams with X-rays per year, so you’re covered if you experience unexpected dental issues.
